We opened on the river with one goal: build a hotel where the games are exciting and the rooms are worth staying in.
Hospitality First
Passline Inn started as a small riverside guesthouse before the floor was ever added. That order still shapes how we run things: housekeeping and front desk teams are trained first, table dealers second — because a great stay starts long before anyone sits down to play.
Today we run 212 rooms and a full table-games floor, but the same small-hotel habits stuck around: handwritten welcome notes, a front desk that remembers your name, and a concierge team that treats every request as reasonable.
